The programme will consist of featured speakers, symposia, workshops, roundtables, paper sessions and poster sessions. Abstracts were reviewed by the Scientific Programme Committee and had to be submitted for all types of presentations. The deadline for submitting abstracts for oral, poster and symposium presentations was January 10, 2018.
Information on abstract submission guidelines can be found here.
A symposium is scheduled for 3 hours and includes 8-10 individual contributions. Oral presentations and symposium presentations will be scheduled at 15-minute intervals. Presentations should last for 12 minutes, allowing 3 minutes for questions. Presenting authors are limited to a total of 2 oral/symposium presentations.
Poster presentations will be made during one of the evening poster sessions. Each poster session will be 2 hours long and presenting authors should be present at their poster during the poster session, and there is no limit on the number of poster abstracts that an individual can submit.
Guidelines for posters: as poster boards dimensions will be 1m wide by 2m high, please make sure to fit posters into this space. Posters should thus be taller than they are wide.
All presenting authors must pay the appropriate registration fee when submitting their abstract(s).
